Updating report links

All that remains now is to update the Earlier Versions menu in the sessions. Ensure that the Earlier Versions menu in the Tutorial10 and Deviation Chart reports has links to all the previous reports.

Use the Copy Action and Paste Action options in the toolbar of the Edit Action dialog box to create copies of the existing action. Then update the target report for each copy.
