Viewing logs The log files can help you troubleshoot issues with the services. You can select the log level and access the corresponding log files. Click Expert > Options. Select the Enable logging check box. Specify this information: Save folder Select the folder to save logs. Level Specify the log level: Critical, Error, Warning, Information, Debug. Maximum number of log files Specify the maximum number of log files. Click OK. Restart Service Expert. Click Expert > Show Log. Optionally, select the Word Wrap option to fit the content into the Log window.
