API service to service security
Application security can be secured using open authentication (OAuth). Open authentication is a method for client applications to access server resources without sharing their credentials.
OAuth works with or without SSL/TLS transport security (HTTP and HTTPS).
The security method is specified in the Service Expert.
If you select OAuth security, all requests must be signed with OAuth.
OAuth security keys are maintained by Infor and must be provisioned to your platform during deployment. Contact the Infor Cloud team for details on how to get security keys for your deployment. Alternatively, OAuth keys can be distributed through tenant provisioning in the Infor CloudSuite portal. Contact the Infor CloudSuite team for details. OAuth keys for OLAP are farm/deployment wide and do not differ per tenant.
