OLAP data roles and permissions

You cannot migrate OLAP Permission Management (OPM) roles from Repository Administration to Infor EPM data roles. You must create them again using the Data Roles dashboard in EPM Administration.

Note: Before migrating the OLAP database, create the roles in EPM Administration and use the same names that were used for OPM roles in version 11.0. Otherwise, the access cubes in the OLAP database synchronize the _GROUP dimension with an application that does not contain any roles. That would delete all permission values in access cubes.

You have two options:

Create new data roles in EPM Administration manually. Select Dashboards > OLAP > Data Roles to create OLAP data roles.
You can use Application Engine for bulk-creation of data roles, including assignments to users and groups.
