Default ports
When using multiple server installations, all default ports must be opened for inbound and outbound traffic. If you adjusted the default ports during the installation through the Service Expert, you must open those ports instead.
You can specify the default ports one by one. You can also open all ports at once to enable traffic between all servers that are involved in the multiple servers installation.
All communication is over http and https.
An additional range of four ports, starting from port 10000, is required for the OLAP Dynamic Worker. For each additional worker, four additional ports are needed, with each port number dynamically increasing.
To enable communication between the services and SQL Database Server, you must open the default port 1433.
In on-premises installation, to enable the Infor EPM clients to connect from a client machine to the server where the farm services are installed, these manager ports must be accessible via network configuration:
- Application Studio: Application Studio Service API port (default 8701)
- Application Engine Process Editor: Application Engine Service API port (default 8801) and Repository Service (default 8601)
- Designer: Modeling Service API port (default 9301) and Repository Service API port (default 8601)
- Office Integration: Office Integration Service Web port (default 9505)
