Prerequisites

There are a number of prerequisites that must be met before you can start the installation.

Microsoft .NET Framework version 4.8 must be installed on all servers. Microsoft .NET Framework version 4.8 is not automatically available and must be installed. You can download the Microsoft .NET Framework software by going to the Microsoft website.

Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) is supported by Infor EPM.

For cloud connections, TLS 1.2 (Transport Layer Security) must be enabled on all machines on which you plan to install the clients.
