Publishing data
Use the Publish Data page in Infor EPM to publish BODs on demand. When you publish a BOD, it is placed in the ION outbox. You can configure ION to route the BOD to a receiving Infor ERP or FMSsource system.
You can access the page by selecting .
This table describes the fields:

| Server Name | Name of the SQL Server that hosts the integration staging tables database. |
| Database Name | Name of the integration staging database. The default is depm_int_designer. |
| Username | Specify the user name to access the integration staging database. |
| Password | Specify the password. |
| Financial Structure | Select this check box to publish structure in the standard BOD format. Select All to send the entire structure. Select As Selected to choose the individual dimensions to send. The Accounting Chart and Financial Calendar BODs are automatically generated. |
| Financial Data | Select this check box to publish data in the standard BOD format. |
| Account Types | Select All to send all account types. Select Profit and Loss to send all profit and loss account types (R (revenue) and E (expenditures)). Select Balance Sheet to send all Balance Sheet accounts (A (asset) and L (liabilities). The L type encompasses equity accounts as well. |
| Configuration set | Select from the list of defined configuration sets. |
| Version | Select from the list of defined budget versions for the selected configuration set. |
| Year | Select from the list of years define within the configuration set. |
| Periods | Select All to send all members within the selected year. Selected range lets you choose the start and end periods. |
| Publish Data | Produce BODs containing the selected information and places them in the ION outbox in the integration staging database. |
These BODs are published:
- Chart of Accounts: All accounts from the selected chart structure.
- Financial Calendar: Outlines the periodicity.
- SourceSystemGLMovement: The financial data movement balance in local currency.
