Adding custom roles

  1. Create roles and define the global permission using the Application Roles dashboard.
  2. Define the navigation permissions using Manage Permissions dashboard. The database is DEPM and the cube is #BPDNAVIGATION.
  3. Specify the permission values in the cube to control which screens are visible to the roles.
You must recreate the OLAP database every time users are added.
