Demonstrating Workforce Budgeting

To demonstrate Workforce Budgeting, grant the user one standard application role for Workforce Budgeting.

The Workforce Budgeting roles are not additive like other roles. For example, if you grant a user the WFBReadOnly role, it overrules any permissions granted by other application roles. No budget entry is allowed.

We recommend assigning exactly one of the roles.

This table describes the roles:

Role	Description
WFBReadOnly	This role can access basic planning screens. It cannot enter budgets.
WFBPlanner	This role can enter budgets in basic planning screens.
WFBAdministration	This role can set the configuration, create supplemental pay and benefit definitions, and enter budgets.
