Configuring Strategy Management

Use the Strategy Management Configuration page to define goals, strategies, and tactics.

  1. Click the Home icon.
  2. Select Applications > Sub Plan > Strategy Management > Configuration > Strategy Management Overview.
  3. Click Add Goal and specify this information:
    Name
    Specify a name.
    Description
    Optionally, specify a description.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Click the goal you just created.
  6. Click Add Strategy and specify this information:
    Name
    Specify a name.
    Description
    Optionally, specify a description.
  7. Click OK.
  8. Click the strategy you just created.
  9. Click Add Tactic and specify this information:
    Name
    Specify a name.
    Description
    Optionally, specify a description.
  10. Click Assign Measure to open the Measures page.

Click Edit to edit a goal or strategy.

Click Delete to delete a goal or strategy. If you delete a goal, all connected strategies and tactics are deleted. If you delete a strategy, all connected strategies are deleted.
