Specifying parameters with a driver
To specify parameters with a driver:
-
On the Parameterization Overview page,
select a base account.
By default, All Accounts is selected in the Account list and all previously created parameters are displayed. If you do not select a base account here you are prompted to select a base account if you add a parameter.
-
If you selected Separated per Entity for the selected account on the Define Entity to Account Relation page, then select the entity to be affected.
If you selected All Entities on the Define Entity to Account Relation page, the allocation affects the selected account in the same way for each entity. It is not necessary or possible to select an entity. All Entities is the default.
- Click New Parameter.
- Select the version from which to allocate.
-
Select the source allocation type.
The version is applicable only to the Fixed Amount and % of data area allocation types.

If you do not select an element from a dimension, the top level element of that dimension is used.
