Adding an ownership change request

Each ownership change request consists of these elements:

  • Ownership change: Required
  • Participation information: Optional
  • One or multiple assigned journals: Optional

Each saved ownership or control change request is written to the database.

If a change request is saved as a draft, it is displayed in the table with the draft status but is not written to the database.

For the participation changes and journals, the behavior is the same. Participation information is a collector of purchase and sale information and does not affect consolidation results and processes in the standard application.
