Overview tab

Use the Overview tab to add comments and attachments in context of a planning step and workflow status. It is meant to provide guidance to the planner and for communication between the persons responsible for different workflow steps. For example, planner and approver. The comments are not written on an account level.

The comment input area supports rich text formatting. The Save button beneath the entry writes the comment to the database. Once saved, the comments are shown with status, user, date and time information. For hierarchical tasks, the organization name is also displayed.

Click a comment to open it. You can delete an attachment or an entire line. Deleting a line removes the comment and the attachment.
