Decision package top downs

From the perspective of the user interface, decision package top downs are similar to decision packages. Most instructions for decision packages apply equally to decision package top downs. But, from the perspective of business logic and purpose, decision package top downs are different from decision packages.

You can use decision package top downs to create base budgets, for example.

Like decision packages, decision package top downs have stages and steps. But the first step in a decision package top down specifies tasks for one or more users. Subsequent steps are the same as for decision packages: they specify who is responsible for reviewing and approving the data provided by users.

Unlike decision packages, decision package top downs are not listed under Applications. Instead, decision package top downs are displayed in users' task lists. If a user is responsible for data from multiple organizations, then a separate decision package top down is displayed for each organization.
