Copying, cutting and pasting cells

Cut, copy and paste

Select the cell or the cell area, and select Edit > Copy. Or, click Copy on the Edit toolbar. Or, right-click and select Copy. Choose the cell to which to paste the contents and select Edit > Paste, or click Paste on the Edit toolbar. To cut cells, click Cut , or select Edit > Cut.

Cut or copy several cells, or cut and copy areas

You can copy separate cell areas into a target area if it contains the same number of cells as the source area. To select several source cells, hold down the <Ctrl> key and click the required cells.
