Configuring a color code underlining

You can enable a color code underlining for the compiler messages and configure a different color for each type of the compiler message.

  1. Select Tools > Settings > Text Editor > Code Highlighting.
  2. To enable a code underlining, select the Underline code check box.
  3. Select one of these message types from the list:
    Debug
    When selected, you can configure a color underlining for all compiler messages.
    Info
    When selected, you can configure a color underlining for information, warning, and error messages.
    Warning
    When selected, you can configure a color underlining for warning and error messages.
    Error
    When selected, you can configure a color underlining only for error messages.
  4. Click the rectangle next to the selected message type, and select a basic color or define your custom colors.
  5. Optionally, set the colors to default.
