History

On the History tab you can see all salary, supplemental pay and benefit actions that are applied through the Action Generator page. Applied actions cannot be modified here but are available for adjustment using the Add Action or Modify Action tabs.
  1. Click the Home icon.
  2. Select Module Settings and Budgeting > Data Entry > Action Generator.
  3. Click the History tab.
  4. In the Context pane specify this information:
    Configuration Set
    Specify the configuration set with the relevant positions or position assignments.
    Version
    Specify the version with the relevant positions or position assignments.
    Entity
    Specify the entity with the relevant positions or position assignments.
    Organization
    Specify the organization with the relevant positions or position assignments.
    Pay and Benefit
    Specify the salary change, pay, or benefit to view its actions added, modified, or deleted from positions or position assignments.
  5. Click Zoom to display the affected position or position assignment records.
