Viewing logs

The log files can help you troubleshoot issues with the services.

You can select the log level and access the corresponding log files.

  1. Click Expert > Options.
  2. Select the Enable logging check box.
  3. Specify this information:
    Save folder
    Select the folder to save logs.
    Level
    Specify the log level: Critical, Error, Warning, Information, Debug.
    Maximum number of log files
    Specify the maximum number of log files.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Restart Service Expert.
  6. Click Expert > Show Log.
  7. Optionally, select the Word Wrap option to fit the content into the Log window.
