Ad-hoc report is available as a widget in Dashboards in all unfrozen applications.

On the dashboard, select Toolbox > Ad-hoc report to start using the Ad-hoc Report.

To edit the title of your ad-hoc report widget, select Edit Dashboard > Properties and specify the title.
