Renaming elements

A Dimension RenameElements request now loads the affected cubes by default before the elements are renamed. Use the new LoadUnloadedCubes parameter to stop the kernel from loading unloaded cubes. In this case, the rename operation is aborted with an error in case that not all dependent cubes are loaded.
