Returns a set of sibling members from the Quarter level in a Time dimension, starting with the first sibling and ending with the specified member.

A Time dimension is required. The level name must be Quarter.

If a parameter is not specified, the current member of the default hierarchy in the first Time dimension of the cube is used.
