Suppressing writing to the transaction log

The Import attribute can be set to "true" in the <Alea:CellBatch> XML element to switch off transaction logging for this operation. This attribute is optional and its default is "false". When Import is set to "true", then the Import/Export Values permission is required to be able to write values.
