Updating the Office Integration add-in after a new release

These steps are required if Infor EPM is updated to a new version.

  1. Download the latest add-in file.
  2. Close all instances of Excel and Word.
  3. Replace the existing add-in file with the downloaded file.
  4. Clear the Office cache.
  5. Open Excel or Word and load the new add-in file.
    Additional steps are required if you have existing reports and you want to switch between different versions of the add-in.
