Analysis of consolidation of expenditures and revenue

After you run the expenditures and revenue process through Consolidation Processes > Run Consolidation, you can analyze consolidation of expenditures and revenue in either the Group Audit Trail reports or the group journal list.

The Group Audit Trail reports are broken down into reports for the income statement, assets, liabilities, and account analysis.

Select Reporting > Group Reports and then select one of these reports:

  • Group Audit Trail Assets
  • Group Audit Trail Liabilities
  • Group Audit Trail Income Statement
  • Group Audit Trail Account Analysis

In the Group Audit Trail reports, you can click any values that are displayed in the columns with consolidation levels that were used in the consolidation processes. All journals that made up the selected value are displayed.
