Using the demonstration application roles

To run a demonstration, you need to add users and assign application roles.

  1. Start EPM Administration.
  2. Select User and Permission Management > Users and User Groups.
  3. In Users and Groups, click Create and add basic or IFS users.
    The farm configuration determines which authentication system can be used.
  4. Click a user to highlight the line.
  5. In Application Roles, click the Pencil icon to enable Edit mode.
  6. Select the check boxes for the roles you want to demonstrate.
  7. Click Save.
