Aligning the Financial Consolidation and journal databases

This option is available only to members of the Business Modeling Administrator role.
  1. Select Business Modeling > Manage Model > Publish Model.
  2. Click Database Alignment.
  3. Specify this information to define the data area from which to delete posted journals:
    Configuration Set
    Select the configuration set.
    Version
    Select the versions from which to delete journals.
    Journal Type
    Specify whether to delete entity journals or group journals.
    Entity or Group
    Depending on your journal type selection, select the entities or groups from which to delete journals.
    Period
    Select the periods from which to delete journals.
    Note: If a period is closed, no changes can be made.
  4. Click Transfer Data.
