Commenting an account

You can add comments and attachments to any account that is activated in a planning step. It is independent of workflow.

Note: Comments and commentary items are specific to a configuration set and version to which they are added. If you add comments or commentary items, they are not copied during the data transfer process.
  1. On the Data Entry tab, click the account to which to add the comment or attachment.
  2. Click the Comments icon.
    You can also click the Comments icon to edit or delete an existing comment or attachment.
  3. Specify a comment and click Save.
    Comments are saved with the user, time, and date information.
  4. Optionally, click Add attachment.
  5. Browse to the file to attach and select it.
  6. Click Open.
  7. Click OK.
