Open report dialog action

The action has these inputs:

• Target Report: The report to open.
• Dialog Title: Can be the name of the target report or a user-defined string.
• Position: Can be centered in the report or placed adjacent to the cell or object which launched the Open Dialog action.
• Width: Can be assigned automatically, or you can specify a value between 150 and 1200 pixels.
• Height: Can be assigned automatically, or you can specify a value between 40 and 800 pixels.
• Resizable: Specifies whether users can drag the edges of the window to adjust its size.
• Show dialog margin: Specifies whether users can see the dialog margins.
