You can export a single report to .jpg or
.png format. The report must be in View mode.
In View mode, select File > Export/Import > Export to Images.
Browse to the location to which to export the file.
Click Options and select the
required image format.
Optionally, clear the Use page
layout check box.
By default, the export is to a .zip
file that contains the image files. This is because, depending on the size of
the report, the export may generate multiple images. You can clear the check
box to export directly to .jpg or .png.
Click OK.
Optionally, choose to open the file after it is exported.
