Specifying report mode options

For each report mode you can specify what components, such as row and column headers, are displayed.

You can also specify whether cells containing comments are highlighted, whether cells containing zero values are left blank and whether formulas are shown.

  1. Select Extras > Settings .
  2. Select a report mode.
  3. Select the required options.

The same options are available for each mode, with these exceptions:

    • For View mode, the Protect sheets option prevents users from, for example, adding text to reports.
    • For View mode, the Show list calculation errors option displays Report cannot be calculated, there are errors on the report if a hyperblock contains an invalid list definition.
    • For Debug mode you can use the Restrict number of list members to option to restrict the number of list elements to display. Large lists may take time to calculate but not be required for debugging purposes.
