Clearing application logs

The Clear All Logs option deletes all log entries from the Staging database Log Main table (DEPM_FWK_LOG_ENTRY).

You can clear logs manually and you can schedule them to be cleared automatically after a specified number of days. You cannot clear logs only for a specified log filter.

  1. Select Dashboards > Logs > Manage Application Logs.
  2. Click Clear All Logs.
  3. Perform one or more of these actions:
    Action Description
    Specify a number of days and click Save By default, logs are cleared after 15 days. Optionally, specify a different number of days, up to a maximum of 60.
    Select Delete all entries, and click Delete Deletes all entries.
    Select Delete entries older than, specify a number of days, and click Delete Deletes all entries older the number of days that you specify, up to a maximum of 60 days.
