Displaying the Performance Overview report

  1. Click the Home icon.
  2. Select Applications > Sub Plan > Workforce Planning > Reporting > Performance Overview.
  3. Select the configuration set.
  4. Select the frequency.
    You can select only frequencies that are associated with an active calculation method.
  5. Select periods to display.
    You can select from any past period or the current period for the selected configuration set.
  6. Select the dimension and its top element to be displayed in the report and click Save.
    If the Organization dimension is selected, changes to its structure are reflected in the displayed hierarchy. The Organization hierarchy that is valid on the last day of the selected period, or the period that is selected in the Period To field, is displayed. For example, for the period from January 2018 to May 2018, the Organization hierarchy that was valid on 31st May 2018 is displayed.
  7. Optionally, specify the filters.
    You can specify up to three filters. To load data without the specified filters, select the Inactive option.
  8. Click Load.
    After you select the context and load the Performance Overview report, you can minimize the Context menu. The selected context is applied to all widgets and tabs of the Performance Overview report.
