Action Generator page

The Action Generator page provides the functionality to adjust workforce costs for multiple positions and position assignments in a single action.

You can access the Action Generator page through the navigation or your favorites.

There are four tabs:

  • Use the Add Action tab to add new salary, supplemental pay or benefit action to selected records.
  • Use the Modify Action tab to modify or delete an existing action for selected records.
  • Use the Outstanding Changes tab to review budget changes before the changes are applied to workforce data.
  • Use the History tab for an overview of adjustments that are completed through the Action Generator page.

The Scenarios page enables you to make cost adjustments for multiple selected records. Unlike Scenarios, the Action Generator page enables you to make different cost adjustments for different departments or different positions within the same budget version.
