Import changes to headcount, FTE, or working hours

The import changes let you:

• Load headcount to positions. You cannot load headcount to position assignments.
• Load FTE to positions or position assignments. You can load FTE to all positions and position assignments types.
• Load Working Hours to hourly positions or hourly position assignments. You cannot load Working Hours to annual or monthly positions and position assignments.

Working Hours are converted into FTE or FTE is converted to Working Hours after you load Working Hours or FTE in hourly position or hourly position assignments. The convert function is used only by hourly position and hourly position assignment. The other types such as annual and monthly do not use this function as Working Hours cannot be loaded in those records.

The new HeadcountFTEChange integration table is used to load changes in Headcount and FTE. Using this table is optional.
