Workflow overview report

The Workflow Overview report displays information about finance-related workflow tasks for each department within the organization. By default, the organization hierarchy is switched off. If you switch the organization hierarchy on, tasks are grouped by the hierarchy.

This report is only available for users with the Workflow Modeler role.

These columns are available on the report:

Task
The task name links to the related task. You can only update tasks that are assigned to you or your group. Tasks that are assigned to other users or groups are read-only.
To open the selected task, click the corresponding task name.
Account
The top account of the related data entry report.
Organization
The organization or department that the task belongs to.
User/Group
The workflow user or group that the task is assigned to.
Due Date
The date by which the task must be completed.
By default, tasks are sorted by the due date in an ascending order.
Status
The status of the related task.
Last update date
The date on which the last change was made.

You can use the filter field of a selected column to filter the content of the report.
