Modifying a hierarchical configuration through a CSV file

  1. Open the CSV file that contains the organizations, users, and measures so that you can define the hierarchical configuration.
  2. Ensure that column A represents organization unique names.
  3. Ensure that these restrictions between column C and E are observed:
    The Admin user can be used with any valid role. Any valid user can be used the Everyone role. No other combinations are allowed.
  4. For due date entry, format the due date column as date. After you specify due dates, format the corresponding column as number, without decimal places.
    Note: For data import, due dates must be represented by integers without decimal places.
  5. Ensure that columns G through K has the correct header and valid values for each measure.
  6. Save the configuration file.
