Displaying the workflow overview

  1. Click the Home icon.
  2. Select Business Configuration > Configuration Set-specific Settings > Workflow Overview.
  3. On the left, select the configuration set, version, and entity.
    You can expand or collapse the context selection.
    By default, open, rejected, and submitted tasks are displayed. To view resolved tasks, modify the status filter.
  4. To turn the organization hierarchy on or off, click Hierarchy Off or Hierarchy On.
    By default, the organization hierarchy is switched off. If you switch the organization hierarchy on, the tasks are grouped according to the hierarchy and you can expand and collapse tasks in the Organization column. You can change the column size by dragging the column border.
    Hierarchical tasks have a parent organization. If all tasks under the parent organization have a status of Open, then the parent organization has a status of Pending. The status of the parent changes to Open when one or more of the tasks under it are submitted. Tasks with a status of Pending are not active.
  5. Click Open Task to open details.
