Configuring decision package top downs

The default workflow for decision package top down is the object based workflow. Object based workflows consist of one or more stages. Each stage can contain multiple steps. Different users can be responsible for different stages and steps. You can apply one or more conditions to steps.

Each condition is evaluated in order. If a condition is not met, the workflow moves to the next step. When a condition is met, the responsible user can accept or reject the value that triggered the condition.

  1. Click the Home icon.
  2. Select Business Configuration > Configuration Set-specific Settings > Workflow Configuration.
  3. In Context pane, click the version to which the step applies.
The version and its parent configuration set are highlighted. The Workflow Tasks Overview section lists the applications for which planning steps are available, grouped by entity. The number of steps of each type of workflow is displayed, with icons that indicate the status of the steps.
