Specifying the alignment of cell content
In Design View, right-click the cell or cells to format and select .
Click the Alignment tab.
Specify the orientation of cell contents, and their position within the cell.
Fill
To repeat a character across the width of the cell, select the Fill option.
Wrap text
If the cell content is wider than the cell width, the Wrap text option automatically wraps the text onto multiple lines. This ensures that the full text remains visible in the cell.
