Settings dialog box

Select Extras > Settings.

The dialog is also displayed if you click Settings in the Database Structure.

Use the Settings dialog box to perform these tasks:

• Specify the format of cell references.
• Specify whether reports and lists are saved automatically.
• Specify when formulas are calculated.
• Specify logging options.
• Specify View, Debug, and Design mode options.
• Specify which prompts are displayed during check-in and check-out.
• Specify whether reports open with a single or double click.
• Enable options of the Database Structure pane.
