Replacing an action in a cell with a lookup object
The sizes of cells and the layout of any text that they contain is influenced by adjacent objects such as hyperblocks. Because you can specify that a lookup object is independent of surrounding cells and objects it can be useful to specify actions in lookup objects.
- Right-click the cell in which the action is defined and select .
- Select the action and click the icon.
- Insert a lookup object and click in the Format dialog.
- In the Value field of the Format dialog, specify a formula to display the list that is displayed when you click the lookup.
- Click in the Define Action dialog.
