Importing a report and its dependencies

A report file (.reports) contains one or more reports and their dependencies. By default, all dependencies are included in a .reports file, but the user who performs the export can optionally exclude these dependencies.

Click a folder into which to import the content and select File > Export/Import > Import Reports (.reports).

Note: The option to import a report file is not available unless you have selected the folder in which to import it.
Browse to the report file to import and click Open.
Report files have the .reports file extension.
If an object in the import already exists, you have these options: Import object with new name, Overwrite object, Keep current object.
Click OK when prompted that the import was successful.
