Filtering to exclude zero values

  1. Create a filter.
  2. In the Filter By field, select Value.
  3. In the Condition field, select Does not equal.
  4. In the Value field, specify 0.
  5. In the Data Area, define the range of data to which to apply the filter.
For filtering zero values, this is the same range as the range of data on which you have reported. For example, if a report on sales of Product ’x’ in 2016 includes some zero values, a filter to exclude those zero values must specify Product x and 2016 in the Data Area.
  6. Apply the changes to the list.
