Managing values for users

  1. Right-click the Global Variables or Report Variables folder in the Accessories pane and select Manage Values for Users.
  2. Select a user or role in the left pane to see a list of variables and their values for that user or role.
    If the value is <Inherited> the default value of the variable is displayed. Select Default Values to see the current default values for each variable.
  3. Double-click the current value of a variable and specify the required value. Press Enter.
    To return the value of a variable to <Inherited>, click the current value and press Delete.
