Data connections and database aliases
You connect to sources of data through data connections. Data connections are created and administered in the Data Connections dashboard in d/EPM Administration. In Application Studio the previous term Database Alias has been retained.
The Database Structure pane lists the available data connections.
You can log on to a data connection in these ways:
- Double-click the connection
- Right-click the connection and select
- Select the connection and click in the toolbar of the pane
