Menu items Description
Load Starts the Select Process dialog when you are connected to an application database of the farm. The dialog shows a list of processes that are stored in the application database and that you can edit. You can filter the processes by category and search for a special process name. Clear the Show only latest process version check box, to show all process versions that have been published.

The Select Process dialog also displays names of the applications that the processes are part of, and indicates whether processes are protected. If a process is protected, you cannot publish a new version of it. Protected processes can only be updated in d/EPM Administration at the time when you update the application.

Publish Publishes the current process. The process is stored in the application database of the connected farm. When you publish a process, its version number is automatically incremented by one, if the process already exists. If you select the check box Publish with overwrite (removes all older versions), all old process versions are removed and the process is published with version number 1.
Import Starts a dialog in which you navigate to the storage location of a process package. Select the process package with file type *.app_processes and click Open to start the import in the application database of the connected farm. A message displays that the processes were successfully imported. Click Details > Show Details to see the list of processes that have been imported and further details.
Export Starts the Select Process dialog. The dialog shows a list of processes that are stored in the application database. You can select all processes or a list of processes to export them as a package. To start the export, click OK. In the Application Package Type dialog, specify the type and the method of the package export and click OK. In the Save As dialog, navigate to the storage location, specify the file name of the package and click Save. The process package file is stored with file type *.app_processes.
Import from Folder In the Browse For Folder dialog, navigate to the folder where the single process files of type *.bs are stored and click OK. Each existing process file is imported to the application database. If the process files already exist in the application database, the files are imported with a new version number.

You can select all processes or a list of processes to export them as single files to a folder. To start the export, click OK. In the Browse For Folder dialog, navigate to a folder and click OK.
