Requirements

These are the requirements:

• The dimension structures have been created in Designer.
• Alternate dimension hierarchies have been created.
• The calculation methods for the planning frequencies have been created. The period ID is required information for table-based integration. The configuration set includes a different total number of periods depending on the planning frequency.
• Driver configuration has been completed including the drivers' dimension activation for the selected configuration set and version.
• The configuration set and version have been created and activated for Workforce Planning.
• Optionally, employee attributes in the ATDATTRIBUTE_EMPLOYEE_CUSTOM dimension have been adjusted. These attributes must be specified:
  • ID
  • Name
  • Order Position
  • Element Type (S)
  • Data Source ID (0)
  • Format Type: String (S)
  • Is System (needs to be selected)

The element names must match with the ones specified in the METADATA_WDSETTINGS table where the emplDA variable is specified.
