Replacement upload: non-forecasted, non-propagated driver type

Data replacement is done for the driver's context. It is a combination of BPDCYCLE & BPDVERSION & WDDDRIVER & ATDLIST (frequency).

Records are replaced only for the date periods (forecast periods) defined in the new source file and their corresponding periods.

Records included in the new source file are uploaded for the defined date periods. For example, if the source file includes data for week 35, 36, and 37:

WDDPERIOD: period_035 - WDDFORECAST_PERIOD: forecast_period_035
WDDPERIOD: period_036 - WDDFORECAST_PERIOD: forecast_period_036
WDDPERIOD: period_037 - WDDFORECAST_PERIOD: forecast_period_037

If date information is missing in the new source file, values are replaced only for the forecast period that corresponds with the current date.
