Displaying the FTE Summary report

Workforce Planning provides an FTE Summary report for indirect and direct labor planning. The report displays data and calculation results that were entered through FTE workbooks by planners and approvers. The report provides management with a labor overview across the whole organization.

  1. Click the Home icon.
  2. Select Applications > Sub Plan > Workforce Planning > Reporting > FTE Summary Report.
  3. Select the report template.
    You can select either the direct labor or the indirect labor template.
  4. In the configuration section, select the configuration set, version, and Organization element.
  5. In the Period section, select the period and data range.
    If you select the current period in the Period section, the latest Organization hierarchy is displayed. If you select a past period, the Organization hierarchy that was valid on the last day of the selected period is displayed. By default, the displayed period is the current period. You can change the default period range.
After you make the required selection, the FTE Summary report is displayed. By default, only data from approved decision packages are displayed in the report. Alternatively, you can select to view data from the decision packages that are in progress.
