Configuring an FTE Summary workbook
The Workbook wizard enables you to configure your workbook.
- 
                Select the report template. 
                You can select either the direct labor or the indirect labor template.

                In the Configuration section in the left panel, select the Configuration set and Version.
                The frequency is inherited from the selected template.
 - 
                In the Dimensions section, click in the Organizations field. 
                
- 
                        Specify a search term, then click the Search icon. 
                        Elements that match the search term are displayed.
 - 
                         Select the element you want to use, then click
                                SAVE.
                        If the selected element is a consolidated element, all its child elements are available for the planner to select.
 
The latest version of the Organization hierarchy is available. - 
                        Specify a search term, then click the Search icon. 
                        
 - 
                Click Complete.
                Your new FTE Summary workbook is now available in the workbook library.
 - 
                Click the Wrench icon in the workbook library under the selected workbook
                    and click Publish
                    to send the workbook to workflow. 
                The workbook is now available for workflow configuration.
